CDL class, endorsements, and expiration date

Information about the type of driving work you are seeking (lane preference, home time, equipment, pay expectations)
Any additional information you choose to provide in connection with your application

From Carriers, Vendors, and Business Contacts

If you contact us as a representative of a motor carrier, equipment vendor, or related business, we may collect your name, company affiliation, business email, business phone, and the substance of your communications with us.

Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect limited technical information including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referral source. We use this information to operate and improve the site.

02 How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Evaluate your qualifications and match you with available driving positions at motor carriers in our network
Communicate with you about your application, including by phone, text, and email
Submit your information to a prospective carrier when there is a fit (we obtain your consent before submitting your application to any specific carrier)
Provide services to motor carriers who engage Old Drum to assist with driver recruiting, equipment transactions, or related work
Operate, maintain, and improve our website and services
Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests

03 Text Messaging (SMS) Communications

SMS Consent By providing your phone number to Old Drum, whether through a Facebook Lead Ad, the application form on this site, or any other intake channel, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Old Drum about job opportunities, application status, scheduling, and related matters. This consent includes messages delivered through automated systems and applies whether the call or message originates from Old Drum directly or from a third-party messaging platform we use on our behalf (such as Quo / OpenPhone).

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out. You may opt out of text messages from Old Drum at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from Old Drum unless you affirmatively opt back in.

Help. Reply HELP to any text message from Old Drum to receive contact information for support.

Consent is not a condition of employment. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to be considered for any driving position.

With prospective carriers. When we have a position that may fit your background, we will submit your application materials to that carrier with your consent. The carrier then conducts its own evaluation, background check, drug screen, and onboarding processes in compliance with applicable federal regulations.
With service providers. We use third-party platforms to operate our business, including applicant tracking (Tenstreet), messaging (Quo / OpenPhone), workflow automation (Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate), and file storage (Microsoft SharePoint). These providers are contractually limited to using your information to provide services to Old Drum.
For legal compliance. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Old Drum, our users, or others.
In connection with a business transfer. If Old Drum is acquired, merged, or sells substantially all of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

05 Data Retention

We retain applicant information for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate you for current and future positions, comply with our legal and recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes. Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, contact us and we will delete it.
